You can report users by clicking the "Report" button on their profile or in your message history. Our safety team reviews all reports within 24 hours.
Can I get a refund for my subscription?
We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase if you haven't used premium features. Contact our billing team at billing@datefox.com for assistance.
How do I change my email address?
Go to Settings > Account > Email Address to update your email. You'll need to verify the new email address before the change takes effect.
